Cannot thank the surgeons enough at this place. I was feeling nervous about having my wisdom tooth out but the surgeons i had made me feel really relaxed and reassured me the whole way. I am writing this whole currently sat in the waiting room while my partner is having his treatment done. When we arrived we were greeted by a lovely receptionist, but after coming upstairs we were met with a very different energy. I am a dental nurse myself and can say that decontamination rooms for instrument processing should not be left open, nurses should not be walking around with loose instruments and burs in their hands. And then when he was called in, the nurse said I could not come with my partner and had to wait outside, in all the dental practices I have been too this has never been the case. So they took my partner through alone but left the treatment room door wide open for anyone to see, and clearly visible from the waiting room. So I am not allowed in but anyone walking past can see him in a very anxious and personal moment. Incredibly unprofessional.

Not only efficient and helpful reception staff, my surgeon and nurse were absolutely wonderful during my wisdom tooth extraction. They calmed my nerves and did a great job. This was quite literally the best dentist experience ive had in my life and im still shocked at how they turned a surgical procedure into a fun process! I had 2 teeth extracted on Monday (wisdom and upper molar) and have nothing but praise for the surgeons who performed it. As someone with anxiety I was very nervous upon arrival, but I was treated with the utmost care from the getgo with friendly receptionists. The surgery itself was very well managed, with the surgeons having the most lovely chemistry together. They were enthusiastic, patient and the most joyous personalities ive ever experienced, and were reassuring throughout; i ended up actually having fun! Their playful interactions and approach to each step lessened the intensity as a wonderful distraction, but they still maintained their professionalism throughout by being very informative. I am now 4 days post surgery with 0 pain throughout and very minimal swelling. I cannot recommend this surgery enough for how truly skilled they are at dentistry and care towards patients. I was referred to this practice when my son needed an X-ray that our previous dentist couldn’t provide, and I’m so glad we made the visit. From the moment we arrived, Georga was incredibly warm and welcoming, instantly putting my very nervous son at ease. After just one appointment—and within about 10 minutes—my son turned to me and said, “I prefer this dentist,” which says everything. I couldn’t agree more. The care, kindness, and professionalism we experienced left such a strong impression. I didn’t hesitate to arrange moving our entire family to Practice in the Park, and Georga (along with the rest of the team) made the whole process smooth and stress-free.
