Practice in the Park Dental Surgery is a four surgery dental practice near Havant, located opposite the library in Leigh Park Shopping Centre.
We are a 15 minute walk from Havant Train and Bus Stations and there are several public car parks close by.
Practice in the Park is bright, modern, well equipped, and offers disabled access.
We were accredited as an ‘Investor in People’ in 2001. In addition, the practice was active in post-graduate dental education from 2002 until 2016.
We are a mixed Dental Practice providing care under the NHS and also offering Private Dental Treatments.
Additionally, we also provide Minor Oral Surgery Speciality service.
We are a very friendly, empathetic, hard-working, and diligent team, providing high-quality patient care.

IMPORTANT: COVID 19 UPDATE
Dear Patients and Friends of Practice in the Park Dental Surgery
We are open regular hours to see patients who require Emergency Dental care only. If you need dental advice and / or are suffering with Dental Pain or Swelling, please contact us on 02392 486660, from Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm and we will be able to help.
Out of working hours, kindly contact NHS 111 for any Dental emergencies or leave a voice message with your contact details on the above phone number and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
We are still prioritizing appointments for patients with emergency dental concerns and treatments only. General examination/ Routine checkup appointments are not offered at the moment, but we aim to start those soon. Please DO NOT make any routine appointments until further notice.
We would like to reassure all our valued patients that you will still be our registered patients. We will keep you fully informed throughout this process via our website and notices.
The safety of both our patients and staff is of the utmost importance to us and has been throughout the pandemic. We have reviewed and adapted our safety equipment and procedures to ensure they meet the current COVID-19 guidelines.
These include –
* Fit tested and tried Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for all treating dentists and nurses.
* Masks and Visors for all the team members.
* Social distancing in the practice for team and patients.
* Patients allowed only with appointments.
* Temperature checks for all people entering the practice. If that is above 37C, you are advised to rebook.
* All surfaces disinfected and sanitized thoroughly before and after any appointment session.
* Very high standards of sterilization and cross infection control.
We have an effective triage policy for patients with emergency dental concerns where our team member speak to you on a phone call before booking you in.
We advise all our patients to fill the health screening form sent to them before any appointments and let us know if they have or in contact with anyone who has any symptoms or the infection.
If you are in the high-risk category or are shielding, we advise rescheduling your appointments. Please wear masks at all times when you come in practice until you are asked to remove them.
